How long does my order take to ship?

We Ask that you allow us 1-7 business days for processing. Once processing is complete, we ship via USPS or UPS. Once your package has left our facility, Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, Of course! If you are having trouble at check out please send us an email so we can get you taken care of.

What is your return policy? 

Here at HairByJariatu, We strive to provide our customers with high quality raw unprocessed hair while ensuring the best hygiene and sanitation for all our customers. So ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. All orders will require signature, so please check package before signing for it.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed upon approval. Please contact us no later than 48 hrs of receiving your order. Hair must be in its original packaging. Tags and band must be attached or exchange will be denied. After that no exchanges will be approved.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

HairByJariatu will not be responsible for any stolen or lost packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid mishaps.

If your order is sent back to us we will contact you for reshipment. No refunds will be processed for that.
